Services

Evergreen Property Care provides outdoor property services including, but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing

• Roof snow shoveling

• Seasonal clean-ups

Services are performed based on weather conditions, safety considerations, and availability.

Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer

• Final pricing may vary if property conditions differ from what was described

• Payment terms will be communicated before service begins
   

Scheduling & Weather

• Service times are approximate and may change due to weather or safety concerns

• We reserve the right to delay or cancel services if conditions are unsafe
   

Property Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Safe access to the property

• Removal of personal items or obstacles in service areas

• Disclosure of hazards (pets, ice damage, fragile roofing, etc.)

Evergreen Property Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
 

Liability

While we take care in all work performed, Evergreen Property Care is not liable for damage caused by:

• Hidden or pre-existing property issues

• Unsafe conditions not disclosed by the customer

• Acts of nature (snow load, ice shifts, weather events)
