Refund Policy

Evergreen Property Care aims for customer satisfaction and fair service.
 

Completed Services

  • Once a service has been completed, refunds are not guaranteed

  • If you believe there was an issue with the service, please contact us within 24 hours
     

We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer:

  • A partial refund

  • A service correction

  • A credit toward future services
     

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made before service begins

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee if crews have already been dispatched
     

Weather-Related Cancellations

If a service is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will not be charged. If on a monthly plan, the price will not be changed due to a weather event.
